  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • paneer pieces 10 number
  • tomato 2 number
  • Drumstick 1 number
  • fenugreek seed 1/4 teaspoon
  • curry leaves
  • ginger 1/2 inch piece
  • shallots 3 numbers
  • tamarind a pinch
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • green chillies 3 number
  • coriander powder1 teaspoon
  • red chilly powder 2teaspoon

How to make Paneer fish gravy

  1. COCONUT 1 CUP GINGER 1/2 INCH SHALLOTS 3 GREEN CHILLIES 3 CHILLY AND CORIANDER TURMERIC TAMARIND
  2. GRIND INTO SMOOTH PASTE
  3. CUT PANEER
  4. ROAST BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN
  5. IN A PAN ADD OIL FENUGREEK SEED AND CURRY LEAVES
  6. POUR GROUND PASTE WITH WATER
  7. ADD SALT AND DRUMSTICKS
  8. COOK TILL VEGETABLES ARE SOFT
  9. ADD TOMATO AND FRIED PANEER
  10. MASH SOME TOMATOES WITH SPOON
  11. READY
