About Paneer stuffed kulcha sandwich Recipe

The stuffed Paneer Kulcha in Delhi is made with a ready-made plain Kulcha and then stuffing the Paneer filling inside the two Kulcha layers to form a sandwich.a quick snack recipe and is kid's friendly .sandwich makes a quick and easy breakfast.then can also be served as a tea time snack or for kids school snack box.

Ingredients to make Paneer stuffed kulcha sandwich

  • 4 kulcha ( readymade)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions ( chopped lengthwise)
  • 1 big chopped capsicum
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp maggi masala
  • 1 cup cubed paneer
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oreganos
  • 1 tbsp coriender leaves chopped

How to make Paneer stuffed kulcha sandwich

  1. In a kadai or deep pan, heat oil. Add onions and capicum Fry it till it gets translucent. (lightly brown).
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes. Cook it for approx 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato sauce
  4. Mayonnaise and Maggi masala to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Add Soya sauce and white vinegar and mix it well.
  6. Add paneer cubes in the mixture and mix it well.
  7. Add chilli flakes, oreganos and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
  8. Take one kulcha and add Paneer mixture on one half and add salsa sauce or any other sauce / chutney on the other half.
  9. Grease both sides
  10. Grill the kulcha for 7-10 mins .
  11. Paneer stuff kulcha sandwich is ready. Serve it with tea, coffee.

My Tip:

Do not cover the pan while cooking the mixture, because paneer may leaves water.
