Ingredients to make Garlic,fenugreek leaves, milet flour thepla

  • bajra flour 2 cup
  • Wheat flour 2 spoon
  • fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup
  • garlic paste 1 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • red chilly powder 1 spoon
  • coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required

How to make Garlic,fenugreek leaves, milet flour thepla

  1. Take a bajra flour, wheat flour mix well.
  2. Add garlic paste,all spices, salt and make a dough.
  3. Rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Then make a round Roti.
  5. Take a pan. Place the thepla on it.Greased with oil..Roasted it both sides.
  6. Serve hot.

My Tip:

Serve with curd.
