A healthy recipe with combination of vegetables and rice

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup boiled rice
  2. 2 carrots grated
  3. 1small capsicum finely chopped
  4. 1 /2 cup grated cabbage
  5. 1/2 cuo soya chura
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/4 spoon black pepper powder
  8. 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  9. 1/4 spoon anchoor powder
  10. 2-3 slices of bread
  11. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Crush bread to make crumbs
  2. Mix all ingredients properly
  3. Make small balls out of it
  4. Deep fry them
  5. Serve hot
