Lavang nimki

Ingredients to make Lavang nimki

  • Refined flour 1/2 kilograms
  • semolina 200 grams
  • salt 2 teaspoon
  • cloves 1 tablespoons
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin seeds powder 1 teaspoon
  • ghee for making the dough 200 ml
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Lavang nimki

  1. Take semolina, refined flour adding oil,salt , pepper powder ,kasoori methi and roasted cumin seeds powder in a big plate
  2. Make a tight dough
  3. Make small balls
  4. Roll it to make like chapati
  5. Fold it half
  6. Again fold once
  7. Seal it with a clove in the center
  8. Make all like this
  9. Deep fry till light golden
  10. Serve anytime
