Veg stuffed bread cups

Ingredients to make Veg stuffed bread cups

  • 4 pieces of wheat bread
  • tomato 1
  • cucumber 1
  • onion 1
  • cabbage 1/4 cup
  • carrot 1/4 cup
  • capsicum 1/4 cup
  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  • pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  • Mixed herbs 2 teaspoons
  • Chili flakes 2 teaspoons
  • Cheese 1 cube
  • butter 4 tablespoons

How to make Veg stuffed bread cups

  1. Cut the edges of bread and shape them round with a big cookie cutter.
  2. In a vessel mix capsicum, carrots, cabbage, chili flakes, pepper, salt, mayonnaise and mixed herb.
  3. Take a muffin tray and fill each with 1/4 teaspoon of butter and place the rounded bread slice.
  4. Stuff the vegetable mixture into the bread cup and cover it with sliced onion, tomato and cucumber.
  5. On top of this add grated cheese, and sprinkle some mixed herb, chilli flakes.
  6. In a preheated oven ,keep them for 15 minutes at 170 ° C till cheese melts and cover the top and bread edges turn brown color.
  7. Remove from oven and serve after 2 minutes.

My Tip:

Serve with ketchup
