About Roasted red bell pepper dip Recipe

Roasted bell pepper dip is very delish dip. It can be served with salads or bread sticks . It goes well with any type of snacks too .I have given an indian touch in this recipe .

Roasted red bell pepper dip

Ingredients to make Roasted red bell pepper dip

  • 1 red bell pepper roasted
  • Roasted peanut 8-10
  • 2 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • oil 2 tsp
  • 3 tsp curd
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt as per taste

How to make Roasted red bell pepper dip

  1. First peel the skin of roasted bell pepper. Keep it aside.
  2. Now take a pan, add 2 tsp oil, add garlic clove and onion. Saute it till onion becomes translucent. Add red chilli flakes into this and mix well. Turn off the gas.
  3. Now take a grinder, grind roasted peanut coarsely.
  4. Now add roasted bell pepper, onion mixture, curd and salt as per taste to the ground peanut . Grind it well .
  5. Roasted bell pepper dip is ready. Transfer it into bowl. Add some lemon juice. Mix it well .
  6. Serve with salads or snacks .

My Tip:

I have used roasted peanut you can use walnuts or almonds too .
