Ingredients to make Tapioca cuts

  • Tapioca 1 kg
  • mustard seed 1 teaspoon
  • coconut grated 1 cup
  • red chilly 5 numbers

How to make Tapioca cuts

  1. Peel tapioca and wash well
  2. Cut in cubes and wash well
  3. In a kadai boil water
  4. Put the tapioca pieces in it and cook it covered
  5. When cooked, drain excess water
  6. In a pan add oil
  7. Add mustard seeds
  8. Fry red chillies cut into pieces
  9. Add tapioca and toss well
  10. Add salt and toss again
  11. Add coconut
  12. Serve hot with chilly chutney
