Ingredients to make Ras malai

  • Milk 1 litre
  • Elichi 5
  • kesar 1pinch
  • 150 gms paneer
  • sugar 2 cup
  • Dry fruits pista badam

How to make Ras malai

  1. RAS MALAI
  2. BOIL MILK 1 LITER
  3. ADD 2 ELICHI
  4. KESAR PINCH
  5. ADD 1 CUP SUGAR
  6. BOIL TILL IT REDUCES HALF
  7. COOL IT
  8. 150 GMS PANEER
  9. MASH IT FOR 25 MINS TO MAKE IT SMOOTH
  10. LIKE DOUGH MAKE BALLS FROM IT
  11. BOIL 4 CUPS WATER 1 CUP SUGAR AND 2 ELICHI
  12. PUT BALLS IN IT
  13. BOIL FOR 10 MINS REMOVE FROM IT AND PUT IT IN MILK
  14. KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 2 HOURS
  15. SERVE IN PLATE
  16. GARNISH WITH DRY FRUITS BADAM PISTA
  17. ADD KESAR ON IT
  18. RAS MALAU READY SERVE CHILLED
