About Malpua Recipe

This is a traditional Indian dish... This dish is made from maida but we are making for fast so made with Singhade ka aata .

Malpua

Ingredients to make Malpua

  • Singhade ka aata... 200gm
  • sugar... 200gm
  • mawa.... 250gm
  • Milk.... 150ml
  • water... 100ml
  • pista for garnishing

How to make Malpua

  1. Take a mixer jar and add atta, Mawa, and milk and make a pouring consistency better and give rest for 30 minutes
  2. Now take a pan and add sugar and water and make one thread syrup
  3. Now take a pan and add ghee.. When ghee became little warm then pour one tbsp batter .
  4. When you see small holes in the batter in pan then turn the Malpua and fry both side till golden brown and then remove from pan.
  5. Make all Malpua like this and dip in sugar syrup for 2 minutes .
  6. Vrat special malpua is ready.
