Milk cake

Ingredients to make Milk cake

  • Milk 2 litre
  • sugar 11/2 cups
  • Lemon juice 1 1/2 lemons
  • almonds few
  • ghee 2 tsp

How to make Milk cake

  1. Boil milk on high flame
  2. Slow it when it starts boiling
  3. Keep flame medium
  4. Take out lemon juice
  5. Strain it with a strainer
  6. Mix equal quantity of water in it
  7. Spread it completely all over the boiling milk
  8. Stir it and let it cook
  9. Grains starts appearing in milk
  10. cook till it is brown and grainy in texture
  11. Grease the plate and and spread it completely
  12. Let it set for few hours
  13. Cut in shape you desired
  14. Garnish with almonds
