Rava gulab jamun

Ingredients to make Rava gulab jamun

  • semolina ( rava) 1.5 cup
  • sugar 1.5 cups
  • Milk 1.5 cups
  • Oil or ghee for frying
  • cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • water 2 cup

How to make Rava gulab jamun

  1. In a pan add sugar and water to make syrup
  2. Add cardamom powder in it
  3. In another pan add semolina and fry for 5 minutes in low flame. Colour should not change
  4. Add milk and mix well and cook till it thickens. Stir constantly
  5. Let it cool
  6. Make balls and fry till crispy in low- medium flame
  7. Put the jamuns in to the sugar syrup
  8. Boil it for 2 more minutes
  9. Serve cool
