Ingredients to make Veggies loaded Appe

  • 1 cup/250 gms Idli better
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1 bowl finely chopped veggies like tometo, cucumber, onions, green peas, carrots, capsicum
  • 2green chilly-chopped
  • Fresh coriender chopped
  • Ghee/butter/oil for brushing appe pan

How to make Veggies loaded Appe

  1. Take dosa-idli better, add salt & keep aside.
  2. Heat 2bsp oil in kadhai, add 1 pinch Hing, rai-jeera, now add chopped veggies like onion,chilly,curry leaves, capsicum, carrots, cucumber & tometo ,just cook for 1 min. & Turn off gas., mix all this in dosa batter. Add salt as per ur taste.
  3. Mix this sauteed veggies in appe better & adjust better consistency accordingly
  4. Heat appe pan & brush it with oil/ghee
  5. pour 1 spoon better in each & cover with lid, allow it to cook on slow/ medium flam for atlist 8-10mins, now turn Appe with help of knife carefully & cook for 5 more min.s, njoy hot with green chutney & sauce.

My Tip:

You can add vegiees as per your preference.
