Sabudana khichdi is light and yummy dish.

Sabudana khichdi

Ingredients to make Sabudana khichdi

  • sabudana..1 cup
  • Boiled potato.2
  • Roasted or fried peanut powder .1tbsp
  • rock salt...as per taste
  • Chopped green chillies..2
  • Chopped coriander leaves..1tbsp
  • cumin seeds.1sp
  • ghee..1/2 sp
  • lemon juice..1/2 lemon
  • Desicated coconut powder..1tbsp
  • Black pepper powder..1/2 sp.
  • Raisin..1tbsp

How to make Sabudana khichdi

  1. Wash and soak sabudana for 3 to 4 hours. For soaking,take 1 cup sabudana and 1/2 cup water.
  2. Boil ,peel and cut potatoes in small cubes.
  3. Take a pan,add ghee.
  4. Now add cumin seeds,green chillies.
  5. Add soaked sabudana.
  6. Add rock salt,black pepper powder,peanut powder and mix well.
  7. At the end,add coconut powder and lemon juice and mix well.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and raisins.
  9. Enjoy with curd.
