Ingredients to make Cheese garlic Open toast

  • Brown bread slices 3 ( the crust on the sides and edges removed )
  • butter 2 tablespoons
  • Triangular cheddar cheese 2 grated
  • Black /white pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • garlic pods 4 crushed .

How to make Cheese garlic Open toast

  1. Butter 2 tbsps.Triangular cheddar cheese 2 grated . Brown bread 3 slices.Garlic pods 4 crushed.
  2. Pepper powder 1 teaspoon. In a bowl , add butter , crushed garlic and mix well to a smooth paste.
  3. Add a teaspoon of black/white pepper powder to the butter and garlic paste. Mix again.
  4. Mix to a smooth spread like consistency .
  5. Heat a griddle . Don’t add any oil / butter. Meantime cut off the bread crust from all the sides .
  6. Spread a tablespoon of paste on top of a bread slice . Now gently toast this bread one side only .
  7. As the buttery paste melts . Now add a teaspoon full of grated cheese on top . Maintain low flame
  8. Cover the pan with a lid that doesn’t touch the paste or bread . Cover for 1.5 minutes.
  9. Uncover .Melted cheese covers the bread top. Using knife spread the melted cheese throughout
  10. Cheese garlic open toast is ready to serve . Enjoy!
