Tava Paneer Tikka

Ingredients to make Tava Paneer Tikka

  • paneer 200 gm
  • capsicum 2
  • onion 1 large
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • besan 1.5 tbs
  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Musturd oil 2 tbs
  • ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Hung curd 1/2 cup
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Tava Paneer Tikka

  1. TAKE 1/2 CUP HUNG CURD, ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF KASHMIRI RED CHILLI, TURMERIC & DEGHI MIRCH POWDERS
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF GARAM MASALA, CUMIN & CHAT MASALA POWDERS,1 TSP KASURI METHI, MIX
  3. ADD 1 TSP LEMON JUICE,1 CUP EACH OF ONION & CAPSICUM CHUNKS
  4. ADD 200 GMS COTTAGE CHEESE CUBES, MIX
  5. HEAT 2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF CAROM SEEDS & GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
  6. ADD 1.5 TBSP GRAM FLOUR, SAUTE FOR 1-2 MINS
  7. POUR THIS OVER THE COTTAGE CHEESE MIX
  8. COVER & KEEP ASIDE FOR 30 MINS
  9. INSERT INTO SKEWERS
  10. GREASE A HOT GRILL PAN WITH SOME OIL
  11. PLACE THE READY SKEWERS
  12. GRILL FROM ALL SIDES, SERVE HOT WITH A LIGHT SPRINKLING OF CHAT MASALA & LEMON JUICE ON TOP
