SPICY MASALA ALMONDS

Ingredients to make SPICY MASALA ALMONDS

  • almonds ½ cup
  • salt ½ tsp
  • chilli powder ½ tsp
  • Dhaniya powder ½ tsp
  • Garam masala ½ tsp
  • pepper powder ½ tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1/4th tsp
  • chickpea flour 1 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • water 1tbsp
  • oil for deep frying

How to make SPICY MASALA ALMONDS

  1. Add almonds into a bowl. Now add salt, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, chickpea flour, pepper powder, and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
  2. Add some water now and mix well again till the masala coats well onto the almonds. Finally add some rice flour to thicken the batter and to add crispness. Mix well again.
  3. In a kadai, heat oil enough to fry these masala almonds. Drop the masala coated almonds slowly into the hot oil and fry them till the oil bubbles reduce.
  4. Pat away the excess oil on a tissue paper and serve them hot to your kids and see their energy levels zoom…
