About Fried masala dosa balls Recipe

We all love masala dosa with different types of stuffing..there are many varieties of masala dosa but i bring all together different recipe of masala dosa.

Fried masala dosa balls

Ingredients to make Fried masala dosa balls

  • 1 cup dosa batter
  • oil for frying
  • For stuffing----
  • 2 boiled potato
  • 1/2 cup boiled peas
  • 1/2 cup chop onion
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp chop ginger
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp chana
  • Pinch of hing
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp amchur powder

How to make Fried masala dosa balls

  1. First we make stuffing
  2. Heat 1 tsp oil add rai
  3. Chana And hing
  4. Add curry leaves
  5. And mashed potato
  6. Add ginger and chilli
  7. Add peas and mix
  8. Add all spices
  9. Mash them
  10. Add coriander leaves
  11. Let it cool
  12. Till then take dosa batter and add salt
  13. When stuffing cools make balls
  14. Heat oil in kadhai
  15. Dip these ball in batter and fry in oil
  16. Just like this fry all masala balls
  17. Serve with coconut chutney or sauce
  18. Enjoy these fried masala dosa balls
