Ingredients to make Raw mango mint shurbuth

  • 1 full raw mango cut peices boiled it
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp jera powder
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Half cup mint leaves
  • Ice cubes 10
  • Pinch salt

How to make Raw mango mint shurbuth

  1. Put bowl pour water put kachha mango peices boiled 5 mins
  2. Take pan put sugar and half bpwl water keep boil until it should thick..this is preserve in refrigerator also
  3. Take mixy jar put mango peices ,salt,mint leaves,peper, jera powder,ice cubes grind nicely mango syrup is ready... T
  4. This mixture filter it ,,keep serving glasess put 3tsp on each mango syrup add ice cubes and water mix well
  5. Garnish with black salt and leaves...cool cool sour sweet tasty shurbuth is ready
