Rajma Galouti Kebabs

Ingredients to make Rajma Galouti Kebabs

  • 1 cup kidney beans soaked, boiled and mashed
  • 1 onion grated
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp roasted gram flour
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 pinch of cloves powder
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed powder
  • 2tbsp cashew nut powder
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • ghee as required
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste

How to make Rajma Galouti Kebabs

  1. IN 1 TBSP HOT GHEE ADD 1 GRATED ONION
  2. AFTER 2 MINUTES ADD 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  3. ALLOW THE ONION TO COOL DOWN, ONCE IT IS BROWN.
  4. IN A BOWL ADD 1 CUP MASHED KIDNEY BEANS, 2 PINCH OF EACH CLOVES POWDER , CARDAMOM POWDER
  5. CINNAMON POWDER, BLACK CARDAMOM POWDER, 1/4 TSP CUMIN POWDER, 2 TBSP CASHEW POWDER
  6. 2 GREEN CHILLIES, 2 TBSP FRESH CORIANDER, 4 TBSP ROASTED GRAM FLOUR, 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  7. SALT & CHILLY POWDER TO TASTE, ONION GARLIC PASTE. MIX WELL
  8. TAKE A SMALL PORTION OF THE MIX AND MAKE A FLAT ROUND.
  9. SHALLOW FRY IN HOT GHEE ON MEDIUM HEAT
  10. FLIP THEM, ONCE THEY ARE GOLDEN BROWN.
  11. TRANSFER ON A TISSUE
  12. RAJMA GALOUTI KEBABS ARE READY
