sabudana khichadi

Ingredients to make sabudana khichadi

  • sago (sabudana)
  • potato 2 to 3
  • desi ghee 4 to 6 tspn
  • rock salt to taste
  • green chillies 2
  • coriander leaves to garnish
  • cumin seeds 1/2 tspn
  • peanut 50 gm

How to make sabudana khichadi

  1. soak sago (sabudana) overnight
  2. squeez it properly.
  3. peel and chop potatoes.
  4. fry peanuts
  5. in a non stick pan add ghee . add cumin seeds
  6. add potatoes and green chillies cook till half done
  7. add sabudana . salt mix it and cover it . cook till sabudana becomes translucent.
  8. garnish with fried peanuts and coriander leaves
