Ingredients to make Palak tikka

  • 1 cup fresh palak chopped
  • 2 boiled potato smashed
  • 1 cuo chopped onion
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • Half cup coriander chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp chili paste
  • 1 tsp daniya powder
  • 2 tsp besin
  • 2 tsp bread grams

How to make Palak tikka

  1. Takr a big mouth bowl put palak,potato, onion,caroot, coriander, salt,chilli paste add it mix well
  2. These mix add Besin, bread grams, masal powder mix well make tikka like
  3. Put fri pan on firm. keep all the tikka. put oil and fri both sides.
  4. plate all these .Ready to serve palak tikka with tomato ketchup good combination
