Excellent, great tradtional sweet like malpuva few ingredients can make superb dish

Malpua

Ingredients to make Malpua

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Half cup suji
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp saffron
  • Half tsp Ilachi powder
  • oil as need
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

How to make Malpua

  1. Take a bowl put maida,soda,ravva mix together
  2. Pour milk observe that consistancy should be main ...like dosa..leave 5 min
  3. Mean while put another bowl put sugar n water on firm, keep stirring until it should be one string consistancy.. add lemon juice,saffron color..syrup is ready separate it
  4. Keep kadai on firm, pour oil for deep fri.
  5. .take malpuva batter and handle with dosa stick pour small batter on to oil fri both sides .
  6. After that dip into sugar syrup leave 5 min ...that flavour ill observe ..
  7. Take into plate all the malpuva are the same process... Garnish with badam crushes ready to serve malpuva

Especially for festive season or serve to the guests or for a special occasions
