Ingredients to make Dunken milk cake

  • Milk 1/2 cup +1/4 cup
  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup +1/4 cup
  • Chocolate cubes
  • oil 100 ml
  • curd 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Chocolate for decorations

How to make Dunken milk cake

  1. IN A BOWL ADD 100 ML OIL, 1/2 CUP CONDENSED MILK
  2. MIX IT WELL
  3. ADD 1/4, CUP CURD
  4. ADD VANILLA EXTRACT
  5. SEIVE 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, 1/2 TSP AND BAKING POWDER
  6. MIX IT WELL
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP MILK
  8. THIS IS THE CONSISTENCY
  9. GREASE THE BAKING TIN
  10. POUR THE BATTER
  11. TAP GENTLY
  12. PREHEAT OVEN AT 150°
  13. BAKE IT FOR 40 MIN
  14. POKE THE CAKE WITH FORK
  15. 1/4 CUP CONDENSED MILK AND 1/4 CUP FULL FAT MILK
  16. MIX IT WELL
  17. NOW POUR IN THE POKED CAKE
  18. REFRIGERATE FOR 2 HOURS
  19. CAKE FULLY DUNKED IN MILK
  20. TAKE RICE CHRISP CHOCOLATE AND ADD MILK. MICROWAVE IT FOR 1 MIN
  21. AND POUR IT IN DUNKED CAKE
  22. REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR
  23. UNMOULD IT
  24. DECORATE AND SERVE
  25. ENJOY
