Ingredients to make Cheesy Potato Prawn Boats

  • potatoes - 2 (large)
  • Prawn - 100 grams
  • Grated cheese - 1/4 cup
  • Grated paneer - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onions - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped corriander - 2 tablespoon
  • pepper powder - 2 teaspoon
  • chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
  • tomato sauce - 2 tablespoon
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - for frying

How to make Cheesy Potato Prawn Boats

  1. Clean the prawns and cook with water some chilli powder and salt
  2. Boil the potatoes and slice each potatoes in half lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out the flesh using a spoon leaving about 1/4 inch intact.
  4. Add grated paneer, cheese, prawns, chilli powder, paprika, mayonnaise, tomato sauce chopped corriander and salt in a mixing bowl and mix well.

My Tip:

You can even add bacon instead of prawns.
