Mirchi bajji

Ingredients to make Mirchi bajji

  • 1 cup besan flour
  • 2 tsp rice flour for crispness
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander seeds powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Soda a pinch
  • water as needed
  • onion 1 pieces
  • groundnuts
  • carrot 1 grated
  • Green chillis as required
  • 1 lemon

How to make Mirchi bajji

  1. Add all the ingredients mix well
  2. Add pinch of soda to make bajji pluffy
  3. Slowly adding water mix well without lumps
  4. Keep mixture a side for 10 minutes
  5. Meanwhile cut onions into pieces
  6. Grate carrot,take green chilli and cut in d middle not completly little,fry groundnut and keep a side
  7. Take a pan and heat oil in it for deep for deep fry
  8. Now dip green chilli in batter and put into oil on low flame and fry till.it gets golden brown colour
  9. Now cut bajji with knife in middle and stuff it with onion,carrot,groundnut
  10. U can add lemon juice drops on top if u want this is optional
