Ingredients to make Vegetable bonda

  • potato 4 numbers
  • Finely chopped onion 1 number
  • Finely chopped vegetables ( carrot,cabbage,cauliflower,green peas) 1 cup
  • ginger grated 1 tablespoon
  • chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  • salt
  • Break 1 cup
  • oil for frying

How to make Vegetable bonda

  1. Cook and mash potatoes
  2. Steam cook all vegetables
  3. Mix all vegetables well with hand
  4. Add salt chilly powder ginger
  5. Add onion and mix well and make small balls
  6. In a bowl add break chilly powder a pinch, salt and hing and add water to make Abhi batter
  7. Dip balls in this dough and deep fry it in medium heat oil in medium flame till crispy
  8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
