  • Boil peas 1/2cup
  • onion chopped 1
  • tomato puree 2tbsp
  • Milk cream 2tbsp
  • Green chilli chopped 2
  • Dry masale-salt as per tasye
  • Red cbilli powder 1/4tsp
  • haldi powder 1/4tsp
  • Coria ander powder 1/4tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4tsp
  • water 1 cup
  • oil 2tsp

How to make Malai matar

  1. BOIL GREEN PEAS 1/2CUP,ONION CHOPPED 1,TOMATO PURE 2TBSP,GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED 2,FRESH CREAM 2TBSP,DRY MASALE
  2. HEAT COOKER ADD 2TSP OIL ADD CHOPPED ONION,GREEN CHILLI
  3. POUR PUREE IN IT
  4. NOW MIX DRY MASALE
  5. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND ADD CREAM
  6. WHEN ALL INGREDIENTS MIX TOGETHER ADD PEAS COOK IT FOR 2 MIN
  7. FINALY ADD WATER 1 CUP AND WHISTLE IT AND COOK ON LOW FLAME FOR 2 MIN
  8. MALAI MATAR VEG READY TO SERVE
