Khandavi

Ingredients to make Khandavi

  • gram flour 200 gram
  • curd 200 gral
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ginger green chillies paste 2 teaspoon
  • oil 2 teaspoon
  • sugar 1 teaspoon
  • mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh voconut grated 2 tablespoons
  • 3..4 green chillies

How to make Khandavi

  1. Make a batter of gram flour adding curd and water of smooth consistency
  2. Add ginger chillies paste
  3. Add salt ,sugar and turmeric powder
  4. Now put this batter in a pan on medium flame
  5. Keep stirring till it thickens and leaves the side
  6. Now grese the platform
  7. Spread the batter quickly with a flat palate
  8. Let it cool down
  9. Cut into strips
  10. Sprinkle grated coconut
  11. Roll into rolls
  12. Now make tadka
  13. Heat oil
  14. Add mustard seeds and green chillies
  15. Add this tadka on khandavi rolls
  16. Ready to serve
