Kesar Badam Kulfi

Ingredients to make Kesar Badam Kulfi

  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 200 ml Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Khoya
  • cardamom powder a pinch or to taste
  • Milk 1/4 cup (few saffron strands infused)
  • almonds(Soaked and peeled ) slvered as much as you like
  • Kulfi moulds or any dish u like
  • saffron strands
  • Silvered almonds

How to make Kesar Badam Kulfi

  1. In a big bowl add condensed milk, heavy whipping cream and Khoya mix properly.
  2. Add milk cardamom powder and silvered almond, pour in a mould. Keep in freezer to set for atleast 6-8 hrs or Overnight,
  3. Demould your Kulfi and garnish with safforon. Serve and enjoy!!
