Green pav bhaji

Ingredients to make Green pav bhaji

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 Row tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Corriander powder
  • Corriander
  • Green chilli and garlic and ginger oeast
  • cumin powder
  • butter 2 tbsp
  • 1 onion chopped
  • lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Pav bhaji masala
  • salt to teast
  • 1 Bunch of spinach
  • 1 Cup green peas

How to make Green pav bhaji

  1. BUNCH OF SOINACH
  2. BOIL GREEN PEAS
  3. CHOP POTATO IN CUBES ADD CAULIFLOWER FLORETS PRESSURE COOK IT
  4. MAKE PUREE OF SPINACH
  5. HEAT BUTTER IN PAN ADD CUMIN AND ONION CHOPPED
  6. ADD GREEN CHILLI CORRIANDER AND GINGER PEAST
  7. ADD GREEN CHILLIP CHOPPED
  8. ADD CUMIN SEED POWDER CORRIANDER POWDER
  9. ADD ROW TOMATOES
  10. ADD SPINACH PURREE
  11. ADD TURMERIC AND SALT, GREEN PEAS MIX WELL
  12. ADD BOILED VEGGIES MIX WELL
  13. ADD PAV BHAJI MASALA
  14. ADD WATER AS REQUIRED
  15. MASHED BHAJI
  16. COOK IN 3-4 MIN AND ADD CORRIANDER ADD LEMON JUICE
