About Chiken Marsala Recipe

It is an Italian receipe very eassy to make.

Chiken Marsala

Ingredients to make Chiken Marsala

  • Chiken - 250grams
  • onion - 1thinly sliced
  • tomato - 1
  • Dry red chillies - 2
  • ginger/garlic paste - 2tablespoon
  • Chiken masala - 2tablespoon
  • oil - 2tablespoon
  • Green chillie - 1-2
  • cumin & corrainder powder - 2tablespoon
  • water - 1cup
  • Red chillie powder - 1tablespoon
  • cilantro - For garnishing
  • Cheese - For garnishing(optional)

How to make Chiken Marsala

  1. In a pan add oil than add onion saute it.
  2. Than add tomato add saute mix well.
  3. Add dry red chillie and chiken.
  4. Add g/g paste ,red chillie powder and chiken masala.
  5. Add cumin & corrainder powder cook it untill the oil gets separated.
  6. Add water and cook untill the chiken is done.
  7. Add cilantro and green chillies.
  8. Add cheese if you want.
