Ingredients to make Pan kulfi

  • Amul cream 250g
  • Milk 1/2cup
  • Bread 1 piece or 2tbsp powder
  • Dry fruit pow 2tbsp
  • sugar powder 3tbsp
  • Milk powder 3tbsp
  • Ilayachi 2
  • Pan masala 1tbsp
  • Pan essence 2 to 3 drops
  • Green food colour pinch

How to make Pan kulfi

  1. AMUL FREASH CREAM 250G
  2. POUR IN MIXURE GLASS
  3. 1/2CUP MILK MIX IN CREAM
  4. 3TBSP SUGAR
  5. 3TBSP MILK POWDER
  6. 2TBSP ALMOND,KESHEW NUTS POWDER
  7. 2 TBSP BREAD POWDER
  8. 1TBSP PAN MASALA
  9. 2 ILAYACHI
  10. PINCH GREEN FOOD COLOUR
  11. 2 TO 3 DROPS PAN ESSENCE
  12. USE ONLY 2 TO 3 DROPS PAN ESSENCE
  13. BEAT ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
  14. BEAT SLOWLY
  15. POUR THIS MIXTURE IN PAPER GLASS
  16. NOW COVER WITH FOIL PAPER
  17. CUT IN CENTER AND PUT ICECREAM STICK
  18. PUT THESE GLASSES I. FREEZER FOR 6 TO 7 HOURS
