BESAN LADDU

Ingredients to make BESAN LADDU

  • Coursly gram flour 450 grms
  • sugar coursly 400 grms
  • Clarified buttur 250 grms
  • Green ilaichi powdered
  • Dry fruits
  • 2-3 spoon milk

How to make BESAN LADDU

  1. Take kadai on slow flame add clarified butter then add gram flour
  2. Stir it continuously on slow flame nd rost it gram flour changes its colour or ghee will be separate it takes time don't do on heigh flame otherwise gram flour will be burn
  3. After 20 min roasting add ur dry fruits nd swithoff the gas
  4. Add milk nd stir well till milk evaporate
  5. Then add ilaichi pwder
  6. Mix well take mixture in large bowl allow them it to cool not so completely cool it lil bit warm wen u touch ur mixture
  7. Then u add powder sugar according to ur taste
  8. Nd make small dumplings round round grease one plate nd set all laddu
  9. Ur laddu are ready to eat enjoy :smiley: :smile:

My Tip:

Dont try to rost on heigh flame pls nd gram flour will be coursly not fine powderd nd sugar too
