About Classic Chewy Brownies... Recipe

An amazingly super chewy brownies with that classic crackly top with super fudgy, chewy and gooey centre defining the word brownie so very perfectly. This is that classic extravagant brownie for you all. Words cannot describe it well nor can they justify it's supreme taste and texture. One has to experience it's magic and this is not at all a difficult one to bake. Try this super easy way to make those perfectly chewy brownies guys. Happy Baking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Classic Chewy Brownies...

Ingredients to make Classic Chewy Brownies...

  • all purpose flour 115 gm (3/4th cup)
  • eggs 3
  • Granulated sugar 120 gm (1 cup)
  • Dark chocolate chopped 125 gm
  • butter 125 gm
  • Cocoa powder 30 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  • salt 1/8th tsp

How to make Classic Chewy Brownies...

  1. Preheat oven on 180° at first.
  2. Keep a parchment paper lined square baking tray of 20 cm all ready.
  3. Place butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water on a low heat. (Do not let the bowl touch the water)
  4. Stir with a metal spoon until melted.
  5. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the rest of the ingredients until just combined.
  6. Do not overmix. Transfer it into the baking pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the skewer inserted to check comes out with moist crumbs clinging to it.
  8. Let this cool completely and then slice to enjoy these cracky, crisp and chewy brownies.
