Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gram flour 1 and 1/2 cup
  2. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  3. Green chillies 2-3 tbsp
  4. Sesame seeds 1-2 tbsp
  5. Ginger 2 tsp
  6. Turmeric 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Chopped coriander 1 cup
  9. Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  10. Lemon juice 2-3 tsp
  11. Water as required
  12. Baking Soda 1 tsp
  13. Oil 2-3 tbsp
  14. For topping:
  15. Ghee 2 tsp
  16. Sliced onion 1
  17. Chopped mushroom 1/4 cup
  18. Chopped capsicum 1-2
  19. Sliced tomato 1
  20. Salt to taste
  21. Pizza seasoning 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and make a semi thick batter .
  2. Pour this batter into a mould and steam for 15 -20 mins.
  3. For the topping, heat a pan, add ghee and all the ingredients. Cook this for 2-3 mins and set aside.
  4. Spread the topping over the steamed kothimbir and sprinkle lots of cheese on top of it.
  5. Bake for 5 mins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius.
  6. Serve it hot.
