Its a very tasty dish which can be served appetizer or side dish

Murg Malai Kabab

Ingredients to make Murg Malai Kabab

  • Bamboo Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 mins)
  • Part : 1
  • Boneless chicken -15 pieces(cut the chicken breast into normal 15 pieces size)
  • lemon Juice -1 tsp
  • pepper powder -1/2 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
  • Part :2
  • cardamom Powder -1/8 tsp
  • curd -2 tsp
  • Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tsp
  • salt -to taste
  • coriander leaves,green chilli paste -1 tbsp

How to make Murg Malai Kabab

  1. *Wash and drain the chicken pieces completely and pat dry them in kitchen paper.
  2. Mix the part:1 ingredients in chicken pieces for 30 mins.Then in another bowl mix the part 2 ingredients.
  3. After 30 mins,soak the chicken pieces in part 2 ingredients for 1 hr.Preheat the oven at 210°C.
  4. Put them on to the skewers,and place them on a baking tray.Bake it for 20 mins.Flip them in between.Serve with mint chutney !!
