A yummy mutton curry for all dinner party occasions.

Mutton savji

Ingredients to make Mutton savji

  • Mutton 1kg
  • oil 250ml
  • onion 1/2kg
  • ginger 50gm
  • garlic 100gm
  • green chilly 10gm
  • Green coriander 150gm
  • Dry coriander 50gm
  • Dry coconut 100gm
  • Dry chinamon one stick
  • Bid cardamon 3
  • Green cardimon 5
  • cloves 3
  • Black paper 10gm
  • javitri 2
  • Dagad ful 1
  • Popi seed 2teaspoon
  • Nut Meg powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • tej patta
  • cumin 2tablspoon
  • Souf 1teaspoon
  • red chilly powder 4teaspoon
  • haldi powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garma masala 1teaspoon
  • namak as ur taste
  • ghee 2tablspoon

How to make Mutton savji

  1. Cut onion... Fry more than half onion till it turn dark golden brown
  2. Grind green masala (ginger garlic half Hari mirch half green coriander)
  3. Fry all dry ingredients except red chilly powder n haldi powder
  4. Grind all dry ingredients fine paste
  5. Grind fried onion make fine paste
  6. Heat oil.. Add remaining cut onion
  7. Soute it
  8. Add green masala soute it
  9. After 5 minute add dry masala paste soute it 5 minute
  10. Add grind onion paste
  11. Soute 5 min
  12. At this stage add 3 spoon red chilly powder haldi powder
  13. Soute till oil leave kadhai
  14. At this stage add mutton
  15. Mix well an cook on slow flame 20min
  16. Now add namak
  17. Cook slow flame till mutton get soft
  18. Now add hot water... For greavy cook till mutton get soften
  19. Now tadka time heat tadka pan add ghee
  20. When ghee heat add cumin seed tej patta n red chilly powder let crackle it
  21. Fastly add tadka to mutton n cover it for 5 minute
  22. Garnish with Garam masala n green chilly n green coriander

My Tip:

Cook the mutton On slow flame....
