Punjabi Aloo Tikki

Ingredients to make Punjabi Aloo Tikki

  • Boiled potatoes - 2 cups (mashed)
  • jeera - 1 tsp
  • Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
  • ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli chopped - 2 tsp
  • ghee - 4 tsp
  • coriander chopped - 2 tsp

How to make Punjabi Aloo Tikki

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and form tikki's of desired size.
  2. Add water only if required.
  3. Heat a skillet, add some oil and saute the tikki's till they are browned from both the sides.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup.
