Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Capsigum 3
  2. Carrot 1
  3. Potato 2
  4. Beans 5
  5. Onion 2
  6. Tomato 1
  7. Cheese 1/2 cup
  8. Oil 1spoon
  9. Salt

Instructions

  1. Take pan add oil
  2. Add chopped onion
  3. Fry all chopped veggies
  4. Add salt
  5. Close lid till it cooks
  6. Now cut 1/4th top of capsigum
  7. Fill veggies mixture inside capsigym
  8. Brush oil on sides of capsigum
  9. Add grated cheese on top
  10. Now place stuffed capsigums on a pan
  11. Cover wth lid
  12. Now and then turn sidewise carefully
  13. Once cooked on sides it's ready to serve
