Ingredients to make Chicken Rasswala

  • 1/2 kg Chicken cut in medium pieces
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • 4 big onions
  • 4 big tomatoes
  • Any chicken masala 100 gms
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder

How to make Chicken Rasswala

  1. Make paste of onions and tomatoes. Keep aside.
  2. On a medium flame put a pot. Add 2 tsp oil and ginger garlic paste. Saute till the oil starts leaving the sides.
  3. Add chicken masala, chilli powder and keep stirring. Add curd, add chicken, salt to taste and mix well, saute it well.
  4. Add 3 cups of water, stir and cook till chicken gets cooked, garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
