Ingredients to make Stuffed idly topping at mint chutney

  • 1/2 kg idly batter
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 3 green chilies
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 garlic petal
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tep pea nuts roasted
  • For stuffing:::
  • 1 cup half boiled sweet corn
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • Half cup coriander
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp chili paste
  • Tadaka

How to make Stuffed idly topping at mint chutney

  1. Heat in idly steamer mean while
  2. Take a bowl put chili paste,salt, coriander, sweet corn, carrot mix up all these
  3. Keep idly plate pour batter put stuff mixture cover idly batter and steam at 20 min
  4. For a while take mixy jar put mint, peanuts,salt,cumin seeds,garlic grind fine paste
  5. Add tadaka to the chutney it looks nice texture
  6. Take serving plate put stuff idly and mint chutney

My Tip:

For stuffing peas also can be use
