About Keema bhaji Recipe

Keema bhaji is a very tasty easy to make recipe made from fresh methi bhaji and chicken mince

Keema bhaji

Ingredients to make Keema bhaji

  • 200 gm chicken mince
  • 100 gm Fresh methi leaves
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 4 garlic cloves cut it into pices
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 5 slit green chilies
  • salt to taste

How to make Keema bhaji

  1. In a pot add oil heat it add garlic cloves fry it till golden then add slit green chilies fry it for few minutes then add chopped tomato cook it well
  2. Then add chicken mince, turmeric powder, salt and some water cook it for 10 minutes
  3. Add fresh methi leaves mix it well and cook for 5 to 10 minutes
  4. Serve hot with hot chpatis
