First soak rajma and dal overnight or for 5-6 hours.
In a pressure cooker put them and make 4-5whistles on high flame and then cook on low flame for 20 min. Chop onions
In a mixi grind tomota; green chilli with adarakh and garlic cloves.
Taka a kadai and put some oil in it.
Add jeera and stir for 2 min.
Add chop onions and stir tilll light brown.
Add tomato mash and cook it till it becomes dark red
Add the boiled dal.makhni to the Kadai and mix well and cook on low flame for 5 min and tranfer the contents in.cooker.
Cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
Open the cooker and add 1/2 glass of milk and mix well.
Add some butter and cream on top and garnish with chopped dania or kastoorri methi leaves and ur dal makhni is ready to serve.Happy Cooking!!!!
