Paneer butter masala

Ingredients to make Paneer butter masala

  • 1/2 kg tomato
  • 4 onion
  • 3 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 inch cinamon stick
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 cup butter
  • 250 gm panner
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 4-5 cashewnuts
  • 2 tsp kasuri metthi
  • 4 dry kasmiri red chilli
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp coariander powder

How to make Paneer butter masala

  1. Take a pan add 1/2 of the butter then add all whole spices then add whole red chilli then add tomato and onions roughly chopped and saute till soften for 10-15 min.
  2. Then add cashewnuts and coconut and add kasuri metthi and mix and puree it .
  3. Take a pan and add remaining butter then add ginger garlic paste and add powder spices and then add puree and mix it and cook it till oil comes out then add cream and milk and add panner cubes
  4. Garnish with chopped coariander.
