About Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

This is a Main course recipe.punjabi food is incomplete without paneer.paneer butter masala is loved by everyone.

Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients to make Paneer Butter Masala

  • paneer 200 gm
  • 4 tomato
  • 2 onion
  • cinnamon 2
  • Green chill 2
  • cardamom 2
  • butter 100 gm
  • red chilli powder 1,tbsp
  • Turmeric1/4 tbsp
  • cashew 10-15
  • garlic 6 cloves
  • salt to taste
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Kasuri methi
  • Sugar1 tbsp

How to make Paneer Butter Masala

  1. In a pan add50 gm butter
  2. When it melt add chopped onion,garlic,green chill.cook 1 min
  3. Add chopp tomatoo, cinnamon, cardamom& cashew
  4. Add salt& 1, glass water
  5. Cook it for 5 minutes.
  6. When it cool grind it
  7. Gravy is ready.
  8. In a wok add remaining butter,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,turmeric & gravy
  9. Cook 4 minutes
  10. Add triangle paneer or as u like
  11. Also dry methi.& Cream.cook it for a minute
  12. Garnish with corriender
  13. C

My Tip:

You can add malai as well
