Apple Smoothie

Ingredients to make Apple Smoothie

  • 1 big apple, peeled cored and chopped
  • 1 tbsp powdered almonds
  • 1-2 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 1/3 cup cold yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold almond/regular milk
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon for garnish

How to make Apple Smoothie

  1. Blend all ingredients except cinnamon well until smooth
  2. Pour smoothie in cold glass, top with cinnamon. Serve cold
