Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk
  2. Strawberries
  3. Red powdered chilli
  4. Sugar
  5. Elaichi

Instructions

  1. Take one litre milk in a pan reduce it to 250gm
  2. Grind strawberries with half cup of sugar in a mixer with two elaichi
  3. Add it into milk, mix well
  4. Place it in freezer for three hours
  5. Take it and again blend it
  6. Place it in frezzer until it sets into solid form
  7. Take out serve it in a bowl with a scoop, sprinkle a pinch of red chilli powder
