Add yeast to lukewarm water with some sugar and keep it aside for 10 mins.
Add some salt to all purpose flour, mix well . Make a well and pour in the yeast water and oil. Knead the dough well, after 5-10 mins of kneading it will become smooth .
Place it in a greased bowl and apply some oil on top of it. Cover with a clean wrap and keep it in a warm place for 30-60 mins to proof. Now punch the proved dough to let the air out. Make it smooth again.
Cut into two halves now and dust the cornmeal on the surface and roll the dough. After rolling it for a bit, shift it on to a round baking tray, stretch it out of the baking tray.
We have to fill the edges with cheese, so we need that extra space. Cut the mozzarella cheese blocks into sticks and fill it in the edges. Fold the excess dough back and tuck it in tightly under the cheese.
Spread the pizza sauce. Cut the cheesy bites in gaps of 2 inches each, pull and twist towards the pizza, do this to all of them.
Grate the mozzarella on the sauce and add in your favourite vegetables. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes, oregano, pizza seasoning and black pepper.
Spread garlic butter on cheesy bites. Bake for 20 to 25 mins at 200 degree Celsius. After 10 mins, rotate the pizza halfway and bake for another 10 mins.
Spread the garlic butter on the cheesy bites again and serve it hot.
