  • Ingredients for filling:
  • Julian carrots, Shimla mirch, Mashed boiled potato, Ginger-garlic paste, Red chilli powder, Cinnamon powder, Garam masala powder, Salt to taste
  • Maida : 2 cup
  • Butter : 50 gms
  • Baking powder : 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar powder : 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice : 1/2 tsp
  • Salt : 1/4 tsp
  • Milk as required
  • Chopped carrot
  • Cabbage
  • Onion paste
  • Ginger-Garlic paste
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Garam masala powder
  • Black pepper
  • Capsicum
  • 1 potato

How to make Fish shaped veggies stuffed paratha

  1. Make a dough mixing these ingredients with milk as required and set it aside for 15 minutes.
  2. The veggies should be sauteed with olive oil. Add oil in a heated pan. Then add all the paste and stir fry, next add the vegetables and all the masalas.
  3. Now spread the dough, cut it in four sides and put the vegetable in the centre, fold the shape like a fish. Tail it with fork, the eyes with black pepper and the mouth with red bell pepper.
  4. Brush with butter on both sides and bake in the preheated oven at 150 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
  5. The designer paratha is ready to be served.
